Bay Developments is looking for an efficient and self-motivated individual to join our Team as Sr. Executive/ Executive, Supply Chain Management.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Able to analyze and prepare specification and cost estimation
• Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, collection of quotation, and negotiation
• Prepare and manage contracts (Work order or DoA)
• Responsible to open and retiring LC in coordination with vendor and financial institution
• Coordinate with vendor and project for smooth order processing, delivery, and storing of material
• Analyze and manage risks associated with installations work
• Documentation of events and correspondences with the vendor
• Review Contractor’s shop drawings against the design (tender) drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to Head of Engineering with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period
• Collect bills from vendors, process for timely payment keeping necessary documentation and record
• Facilitate work completion by participating in testing, commissioning, and handing over of the supply & installation packages
• Able to develop and maintain good business relationships with business stakeholders and supply partners
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best price and service
• Market survey to be updated on the latest technology, product, price trend, and business opportunity

Educational Requirements

• Sc/ Diploma in Engineering from reputed universities of home and abroad

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age 23 to 28 years
• Negotiating with vendors
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Profound skill in understanding working drawings
• Able to prepare and track work schedule in Microsoft Project
• Knowledge about Glass & Glazing works, Fittings & Fixtures (Plumbing), Water Treatment Plant, Pools & Water Bodies, Pumps, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Office
